This website is owned and operated by CLJ Association, Inc. Please read the following Terms of Use (“Terms of Use”) and Privacy Policy.

The Terms of Use govern all pages hosted at by CLJ Association, Inc. (collectively, “the Site”), as well as donor information that may be provided to CLJ Association, Inc. The use of the Site is conditioned upon acceptance of these Terms of Use, including our Privacy Policy, and your use of the Site constitutes your agreement with these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use may change from time to time, so please check back periodically. Your continued use of the Site following any such changes will constitute your agreement with the amended Terms of Use.

The safety of children is very important to us. Our Sites are not intended for children younger than 13 and we do not intend to collect personally identifiable information from children. Children should always ask a parent for permission before sending personal information to anyone online.

You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to any of the Site or for removal of information from the Site.

OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH USE OR LOSS OF USE OF ANY OF THE SITE, WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF CLJ ASSOCIATION, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, AND TO THE EXTENT THAT A JUDGMENT IS RENDERED IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION DISREGARDING ONE OR MORE OF THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS CONTAINED HEREIN, CLJ ASSOCIATION, INC.’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100)

CLJ Association, Inc. does not warrant that the Site or the functions contained in the material of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the server making the Site available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the materials.

Other trademarks appear on the Site with permission from their respective owners. All rights in these marks are reserved to their owners. Nothing on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark or other mark displayed on the Site, without the owner’s prior written permission for each specific use.

Commercial use or publication of all or any items displayed on the Sites is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from CLJ Association, Inc. Subject to your full compliance with the Terms of Use, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to view, bookmark, download and print the pages within the Sites. As indicated on certain pages of the Site, the Sites contain materials that have been developed for fundraising, advocacy or educational purposes and that are intended for download, printing and distribution. As noted, the Site may contain links to other websites. All such links are provided as a convenience to our users. CLJ Association, Inc. takes no responsibility for the content of external websites.

Any communication or material that you transmit to, or post on, any public area of the Sites, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, (collectively, “User Content”) is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary information. You hereby grant to CLJ Association, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right and license to reproduce, display, distribute and modify all such User Content for the purposes of operating the Site and to provide the services referenced in the Site.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information, user names, access permissions or passwords that you use to access the Site or any portion thereof. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your accounts, usernames or passwords that are due to your conduct, inaction or negligence. If there is any conflict between these general Terms of Use and any rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on the Site relating to specific material, then the latter shall prevail. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

By using the CLJ Association, Inc. Site, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend CLJ Association, Inc., its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, successors, agents, partners, contractors, and vendors (collectively, the “CLJ Association, Inc. Parties”) from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and all costs and expenses of defense, including but not limited to, attorneys’ fees, resulting directly or indirectly from a claim (including without limitation, claims made by third parties for infringement of intellectual property rights) that arise in connection with (i) your use or misuse of any of the Sites; (ii) your breach of these Terms of Use; or (iv) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. You agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. CLJ Association, Inc. reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you for which you will remain responsible for indemnifying and holding harmless the CLJ Association, Inc. Parties.

The Sites are administered by CLJ Association, Inc. from its offices in Alabama. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama. You agree that any disputes relating to or arising out of the use of any of the Sites or any transaction undertaken through the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Alabama or the United States District Court of Alabama.

If you do not accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy in full, you must immediately terminate use of the Sites.
